The Vision

Short-term

Backed was created initially to meet the constant demand for open interest within the SYMMIO ecosystem and enable third party frontends to scale, increase Open Interest and continue to attract top Market Makers. Depositors provide capital directly to the SYMMIO ecosystem in return for a healthy APR and Particles (explained later). Within the ever growing SYMMIO ecosystem and constant demand for Open Interest, deposited capital is utilised by SYMMIO solvers right away, with returns being amplified as debt leveraged equity returns. (Currently over 50% APR).

Long-term

Looking to the future, Backed Vault Technology will identify additional opportunities across DeFi Markets by allowing optimal financing for other Protocols and providing attractive Private-Equity like returns for Retail Investors.
